Welcome to the website for Veasey Memorial Park in Groveland Massachusetts.
Veasey is a 47.5 acre property owned and managed by the Groveland Conservation Commission.
It was purchased by the Town of Groveland in 1996 for conservation and recreational use, and includes fields, woods, and freshwater shoreline habitats.
Humans also enjoy these lovely open spaces, as well as use Veasey's trail system, picnic areas, car top boat access, and popular winter sledding hill.
Veasey is also a good spot for birding and star gazing. Dogs on leash are very welcome to bring their owners.

Throughout the year, Veasey is host to a number of public programs that support educational, civic, and cultural objectives.
The public is invited to attend these events, and we are always open to new programs and ideas.
Please see our Current programs pages for more information, or Contact us directly.

There are also several areas of the property - inside and outside - that can be rented privately.
These spaces include lawns and garden areas suitable for pitching a function tent, rooms in a turn of the century Arts and Crafts bungalow, and a more modern, wood-beamed chapel/hall with a function room beneath it. Kitchen facilities, tables, and chairs are included at no extra cost with the rentals.
More information on rentals is available on our Single use rentals page.
The grounds at Veasey Park are open daily from dawn to dusk. You may be pleasantly surprised at how quickly you are immersed in this welcoming setting.
If you have further questions or wish to arrange a rental, our office is staffed from 8AM to 11AM on weekdays, or at other times by appointment.
Please don't hesitate to Contact us.
